PROJET EN COURS

Après une analyse approfondie sur la photographie, nous avons trouvé la problématique suivante : par quel moyen pouvons-nous conserver la valeur et l'authenticité de nos souvenirs ?

Ce questionnement est au cœur de mon projet de fin d’année, actuellement en cours, qui viendra valider mon bachelor en design produit et mobilier. Dans un contexte où nos souvenirs photographiques sont de plus en plus dématérialisés — stockés sur des téléphones, des clouds ou des disques durs — j’ai souhaité proposer une alternative sensible et tangible à l’oubli numérique.

Je développe une réinterprétation contemporaine de l’album photo, à travers une série d’objets physiques intégrant la technologie NFC. Chaque objet contient une photographie ou une série de souvenirs, accessibles lorsqu'on le connecte à un système de visionnage. Le souvenir devient alors une expérience visuelle et émotionnelle, déclenchée par le contact avec l’objet.

Ces objets ne sont pas seulement des interfaces : ils sont pensés comme des vecteurs sensoriels de mémoire. Leur forme, leur texture ou leur poids évoquent l’intimité du moment vécu, rendant chaque interaction unique et personnelle.

Trois grands scénarios d’usage structurent ce projet :

Une expérience artistique et immersive, destinée à des lieux d’exposition ou de médiation culturelle, où les visiteurs découvrent des archives photographiques par l’intermédiaire d’objets interactifs.
Une approche personnelle et introspective, avec des objets-souvenirs que chacun peut collectionner, manipulant ainsi sa propre mémoire de manière physique et poétique.
Une dimension intergénérationnelle, où les souvenirs deviennent des objets de transmission, porteurs de récits familiaux à partager en dehors des écrans.

L’esthétique du projet s’inspire des formes organiques issues de la nature, traduisant visuellement la douceur, la fragilité et la chaleur du souvenir. Ce projet croise ainsi design émotionnel, technologie et narration, pour proposer une nouvelle manière d’habiter la mémoir

CURRENTLY WORKING ON IT
After an in-depth analysis of photography, we identified the following question: how can we preserve the value and authenticity of our memories?

This reflection is at the heart of my final-year project, currently in progress, which will complete my Bachelor’s degree in Product and Furniture Design. In a time where personal memories are increasingly dematerialized — stored on smartphones, hard drives or cloud platforms — I wanted to explore a more tangible and meaningful alternative to digital forgetfulness.

The project proposes a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional photo album, through a series of physical objects embedded with NFC technology. Each object holds a photograph or a sequence of memories, which can be accessed when connected to a viewing system. The act of remembering becomes both visual and emotional, initiated through a physical interaction.

These are not just smart objects — they are designed as sensitive vessels of memory. Their shape, material, texture and weight are carefully considered to evoke the emotional atmosphere of a captured moment, turning each object into a unique, almost ritualistic experience.

The project is structured around three main use-case scenarios:

An artistic and immersive experience, imagined for exhibitions or museums, where visitors explore photographic archives through interactive, touchable artifacts.
A personal and introspective approach, where individuals collect and revisit their own memories in a poetic, tactile way — a kind of emotional journal.
An intergenerational dimension, where memories are passed down through objects, encouraging physical, screen-free transmission of family stories.

The aesthetic language draws inspiration from organic forms found in nature, to visually express the warmth, fragility, and gentleness of memory. The project merges emotional design, storytelling and technology, aiming to create a new way to physically inhabit our personal history.
